Admin
Admin
Admin is where you run ThreatWeaver for your whole organization rather than for yourself: who can sign in and what they can do, how people log in, which scanners feed your data, what your plan includes, and the record of everything that happens. If you're the account or security admin for your team, this is your home.
What it's for
- Manage people and access — invite teammates, assign roles, and decide exactly what each role can see and do.
- Control how people sign in — connect single sign-on and automatic user provisioning so accounts follow your identity provider.
- Keep the platform fed and healthy — choose your data sources, route traffic through a corporate proxy, and check your license and entitlements.
- Stay accountable — review the tamper-evident audit log of security-relevant actions and forward it to your own systems.
Come here to answer questions like "How do I add a new analyst?", "Can we log in with Microsoft 365?", "What's included in our plan?", and "Who changed this, and when?"
The areas in it
Admin groups a set of admin screens. Most people reach them from the Admin area in the left navigation; your personal account settings sit alongside them under your profile menu.
- Users & roles — the people in your workspace, the roles you assign them, and the fine-grained abilities each role carries.
- Single sign-on & user provisioning — connect Microsoft Entra ID sign-on and let your identity provider create and update accounts automatically.
- Licensing — your plan, seat usage, licensed modules, and how to view or activate a license.
- Data sources & connectivity — the scanner engines that supply your assets and vulnerabilities, plus proxy settings for outbound traffic.
- Scanner connections & scan history import — connect a scanner engine with its API credentials, sync and recalculate stats, and import historical scan results.
- Audit log — a searchable, tamper-evident record of security-relevant actions, with export and compliance tooling.
- Your account — your own profile, preferences, and security settings.
